1. Clean Energy Facilitation & Aggregator Platform Disclosure
Legal role, marketplace status, and EPC contractor execution responsibilities
Platform Status
MyntReal (www.myntreal.com) is an authorized digital rooftop solar facilitation, advisory, and aggregator platform operated by an ISO 9001:2015 certified enterprise.
Aggregator Role
MyntReal is not an engineering EPC contractor, equipment manufacturer, or direct vendor. MyntReal acts as an authorized clean energy aggregator connecting consumers with DISCOM-empaneled, MNRE-certified EPC contractors and Tier-1 brand manufacturers.
Physical Engineering Execution
Physical rooftop site surveys, structural mounting, electrical integration, DISCOM paperwork, net-meter synchronization, and workmanship warranties are directly executed by certified empaneled EPC engineering partners under bilateral contracts.
2. Bank Financing, Interest Rates & Individual CIBIL Underwriting
Customer variation, priority clean energy loans, and indicative calculation terms
Customer-to-Customer & Bank-to-Bank Variation
EMI amounts, interest rates (typically 7%–10% p.a.), loan tenures (up to 5 or 10 years), and collateral-free loan sanction vary strictly from customer to customer and bank to bank based on individual CIBIL / credit bureau score (typically 700+ required), monthly household income, banking transactions, debt-to-income ratio, KYC verification, and individual bank underwriting policies.
Lending Institutions
Rooftop solar loans are underwritten and disbursed by nationalized partner banks (State Bank of India - SBI, Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank - PNB, Bank of Baroda, Union Bank of India, Indian Bank, Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank - APGB, IREDA) and partner RBI-registered NBFCs under priority sector clean energy lending schemes.
Indicative Figures & ₹1 Booking Scheme
All EMI values shown on this platform (e.g. ₹1,140/mo for 2 kW, ₹1,350/mo for 3 kW, or ₹1 booking schemes) are indicative illustrations computed on benchmark interest rates and are subject to final sanction and terms issued by the respective financing bank.
3. PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana Central DBT Subsidy Policy
Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) guidelines and DBT disbursement process
Official Subsidy Scale
Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) central subsidy is governed strictly by Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) guidelines: ₹30,000 for 1 kW, ₹60,000 for 2 kW, and flat ₹78,000 maximum for 3 kW up to 10 kW residential rooftop systems.
Direct Bank Credit
Subsidies are credited directly into the applicant's Aadhaar-linked savings bank account through the National Solar Portal following DISCOM site inspection, commissioning verification, and net-meter activation.
Commercial & Industrial Establishments
Residential central DBT subsidies do not apply to commercial, institutional, or industrial connections. Commercial consumers benefit from Section 32 Accelerated Tax Depreciation (40%) and substantial operational tariff savings.
4. DISCOM Net-Metering & Estimated Solar Generation
Grid synchronization, transformer limits, and test conditions
Grid Synchronization & DISCOM Approvals
Installation of bi-directional net-meters and grid connection synchronization are subject to local power distribution company (DISCOM) approvals, distribution transformer (DTR) capacity availability, and state regulatory authority turnaround times.
Solar Generation Estimates
Quoted solar unit generation (approx. 4 to 4.5 units per day per kW, or 120–135 units/month) is calculated under Standard Test Conditions (STC) with unshaded south-facing rooftop installations. Actual generation may vary due to ambient temperature, seasonal weather, cloud cover, shadow patterns, and periodic panel cleaning.
5. OEM Equipment & Workmanship Warranties
Tier-1 solar modules, grid-tied inverters, and structural engineering guarantees
Solar Modules (Panels)
25 to 30 years linear performance warranty backed directly by Tier-1 OEM manufacturers (Tata Power Solar, Adani Solar, Waaree Energies, Vikram Solar, Goldi, Navgrun, APS), guaranteeing at least 80% to 84.8% power output at Year 25.
Grid-Tied Inverters
5 to 8 years manufacturer warranty with extended OEM warranty options available.
Installation Structure & Workmanship
Comprehensive structural mounting, wind load resistance, and installation workmanship warranty is provided directly by the empaneled executing EPC contractor for 5 years.
Statutory Compliance
All modules and inverters are ALMM (Approved List of Models and Manufacturers) and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certified.
